ATASTING NOTES

Château Haute Terres - Bordeaux Red AOC 2015 offers a beautiful ruby red hue and aromas of red fruits and blackcurrant on the nose. A well-structured wine with delicate tannins, good balance and excellent length on the palate.

This wine is well-suited to bottle age but can also be enjoyed in its youth thanks to its elegance and finesse.

FOOD & WINE PAIRING

the ideal partner for red meats, stews and cheese.

A well-balanced Bordeaux Red with fruity aromas and silky tannins

THE PLANTING RATIO
is composed of the three Bordeaux varietals: Merlot (60%), Cabernet Franc (20%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (20%). The vineyards were restructured to bring the planting density to 4000 vines per hectar.

THE TERROIR
is formed of clay-limestone soils interspersed with gravel on a peak in the Bordeaux region.

VINIFICATION
uses traditional methods and takes place in temperature controlled stainless steel vats.

The grapes are harvested in optimum conditions and at perfect ripeness levels (the gauge of a high quality wine).

A regular sampling system enables us to analytically determine the optimum date for the harvests.

A selective sorting is carried out using the optical sorting method.

This wine is aged according to traditional methods and with long vatting periods.
